If you want to progress in the game then yes, by all means upgrade. But advancement will be stunted because of this.

Yeah it's a shame that it has come to this but my time is very valuable thing to me and to have it just poured down the drain is very insulting. Just biding my time for the division. And I notice DJ has yet to address the massive people complaining about this.
