How are you going to sell almost every exotic, rare and legendary piece of equipment in the game with random perks. That would be absurd. Good players get 5 go's at the rng slot machine for every 1 bad players get. If would be more unfair if bad players could just buy exotic weapons with currency they get for doing nothing. That wouldn't be earned.
