Good points. I typically run legendaries over exotics. I'll run exotics that aren't leveled just to level them, but serious playtime like raids and Nightfalls have me equipping my maxed legendary equipment over my exotics (most of the time). I do still like icebreaker, but maxed PRAEDYTHS is awesome with firefly. So, slow ammo regen and POSSIBLE combustion doesn't beat guaranteed enemy explosions and lots of ammo... 2 cents.
