In what way did i "bash" DeeJ? I certainly criticized him. From all the angry posts directed at him I'd say I'm not the only one frustrated with his handling of the forums. I could have expressed myself better, but i managed to post without swearing, insulting, or name calling. And how was this frustrated customer responded to by our community manager? With trolling.... Not a great way to deal with upset customers...
