I have to say no to this, one person gets less dps on the boss and everyone will go for their neck. WoW all over again.

With my fireteam that's what we do is compete to be the best in the strike. We are always gunning to see who gets the most kills. No one is getting replaced from my team either. It's not wow it's just another way to compete against one another.
