I'm sure you're just being a smart ass but I'll bite anyway. By "Hacker" he means "glitcher" crawling inside rocks and flying around the map, generally ruining the experience.

I wouldn't claim 'smart,' but definitely ass. I guess I'm a bit fascinated by the use of the term in such a fashion: I've never heard someone called a civil engineer for using the Brooklyn Bridge. It strikes me even more considering you just used (I'm assuming not introduced) a perfectly appropriate term: glitcher. But yes, jack-assery all the way :-)

The terminology might be off but the point is clear. It's a shame that some people are so sad inside that they have to try and ruin other people experience. I don't play open lobbies in GTA because of the stupid things that go on there. I'm lucky to have a solid group of friends to play games with because online in general (from my perspective) is a madhouse.
