So, Star Wars theme huh so Star Trek and other themes that are space or Alien themed DLC's are coming soon to D2 I like the idea but how long will it last till people are board of it. The community should be involved in content and other ideas also, but the real question is it in the end.
As of now bungie has no plans for future collab expansions and I doubt they will. This really seems like a one off just cause of how much inspiration Destiny already drew from star wars.
Well, I can see more down the road there in financial trouble for a long time now, but I still don't think they get it they chose money over creativity which should be reversed.
This makes no sense. If they are in financial trouble, which they aren't, they would spend a ton of more money to do more collabs with other IPs. Also, by the they aren't part, all sony did was reduce Sony's funding towards bungie. If it truly was in financial trouble, then sony would have pulled a sony and just shut them down like their track record has shown.

Respectfully, Bungie absolutely IS in financial trouble. Sony bought them for $3.4 BILLION and has since downgraded that value. Pete and the old guard gutted that company and ran off with the cash. If Sony can't see a possibility of recouping that investment, they'll be incentivized to shut the whole thing down and write it off as a loss for tax purposes. . If Sony were going to pull a fortnite, it would make financial sense to do so with other Sony owned IPs.

Do people really not know the difference between just having a portion of funding cut and being in actual financial trouble? The game is still being played and making money. The only change is that it is making less than sony anticipated, which is the reason for the reduced funding.
