As some feedback- a note like, continued in Act II somewhere in the quest step for this type of thing would resolve a lot of player confusion and disappointment. Kind of lame to have this situation where we have this item and this quest that’s been all hyped up by Bungie, and then we’re only allowed to progress partway once the quest actually drops. It’s not a feeling of fun it’s a feeling of frustration that happens to be left hanging like this.
