Hi, Step 5 of 7 of Dyadic Ascension says : "Enhance your control by upgrading your progress along the Path of Resolve ( by acquiring the Moment of Clarity upgrade at the Shaping Slab)" The Shaping Slab reputation rank progress has been stuck at rank 10 :0/1250 for three weeks and no such upgrade is available anywhere in any of the menus (Rank Rewards, Heretical Rituals: Runic Enhancements or Mysterium items) ergo Exotic quest progress (as well as shaping slab reputation progress) is completely blocked.
