You need to read a little more carefully when picking up your card from Saint. The Passage of Mercy doesn’t give you an Adept weapon, it gives you extra losses before your card is flawed when aiming for a flawless run. What you wanted is the Passage of Persistence.

Hi DEATH-DEALER-213, I just logged into double-check. I did pick the Passage of Persistence. I have 7 wins on the correct passage and it still did not drop. Hopefully, Bungie can review my account and confirm this. Editing my original post above with the correct information. Thanks, ATOMIC SMASER3

When does the Adept Weapon Change from the Summoner?[/quote] Trials will be done for the week after tomorrow’s weekly reset. If you’re doing a Passage of Persistence there are a few things to note. For starters get two wins back to back so you’re given a permanent win on your card, if you don’t then just reset until you do. Unfortunately if you get disconnected for any reason your card will be flawed and you’ll have to reset as well. Also make sure to stick around until the commendation screen after matches before leaving, the game has a bad habit of flawing cards if you leave too early. As you make progress just periodically check your card to make sure it’s doesn’t have the red X on it just to be safe.

I did not leave any matches early and I have the flawed x on the card. I eventually got all the boxes lit up, but I do not think I ever won two matches back to back. Can you send me a link so I can educate myself? I am not really good enough (you can check my data) to get the Adept if I have to back to back to back. I really thought the whole point of this update was so lower-tier talent players if they put the work in could actually get the Adept weapons. I would just settle for being able to get the summoner at all, but so far no luck. Any links that you can provide would be appreciated. The fact is that if I have to win x in a row to get the adept I am hosed. I have been playing for over 20 years; if I am not good enough to pull it off at this point that is unlikely to change. I appreciate the above info and guidance or documentation would be appreciated. Generally I watch youtube videos from Azteccross and Rick Kackis to understand the changes that have been made.

I am really sorry to be a pain here, but I just read the link above and this is what it says: With the new Passage of Persistence, losses following a win will remove the win from your card. Consecutive losses do not remove additional wins. Getting to 7 wins grants you a drop of the weekly Adept weapon, regardless of how many losses you have taken. This passage works like a trailing backstop. Once you have at least one win recorded on the passage, a loss will remove the most recent win instead of Flawing it. Since consecutive losses will not remove additional wins, winning two games in a row adds a permanent win to the card, and win streaks longer than two add additional permanent wins. You can only go Flawless on this passage if you do not have a win removed. Once a win has been removed, you can no longer get Flawless using this passage, but you can still earn a roll of the weekly Adept weapon. It clearly states that even you can't go Flawless (ie a flawed card) you can still earn a roll of the weekly Adept weapon. If this is the case why does it matter if my card is flawed and why did the Adept Summoner not drop? Thanks in advance.
