Good Morning Bungie Support, I spent several hours (most of the day) Sunday grinding Trials of Osiris. I went through this relentless and brutal thrashing because I saw online that this week's adept weapon was the summoner. I love auto rifles which I am regularly ridiculed for... In any case, I wanted to pick this one up. Being middle-aged and slower than I used to be to say this is difficult would be an understatement plus my understanding from everything I read was the card would no longer reset with a loss and it guaranteed the adept for the week when you obtained 7 wins. Therefore I endured getting whipped like a dog over and over until I finally got to 7 wins on the card. For reasons unknown to me a grenade launcher dropped and it was not adept. I thought per what the card said I would get the summoner auto rifle that did not happen. I then went to Saint 14 and cashed in all my Trials Enagrams..... No summoner auto rifle, can't focus it, because it still has not dropped. I did everything I could to get this gun and have no idea how many weeks I will have to wait to get it to drop/it is the adept again. I even got one more win with 7 wins which took another 2 hours (sigh) to obtain. I got 2 more engrams and one more for the win. Dropped all those on Saint 14 no summoner auto rifle. I realize I must be extremely unlucky and Dr. Murphy must hate my guts... Such is life. What I am asking for support on is the fact the Passage of Persistance card did not drop the adept summoner. Could you guys please send an adept summoner (God Roll would be preferable, but I will take anything that unlocks the focused engram slot for the summoner at Saint 14) to my mailbox; I would really appreciate it. I have been a long-time customer, bought all the Halo Games and all the Destiny Games. I don't request support often, but I am at the end of my rope. One other issue that is bugging me (pun intended) is I purchased the Final Shape months ago from the MS Store, but you guys don't show it as purchased on my account.
