I’ve always said, “No one is ever really safe in Grandmasters.” They just need to buff enemies a smidge more rather than nerfing everything. It would be a lot less work on them as well.

All buffing enemies would do is make those builds and playstyles completely mandatory, because you're limiting the options of what is effective to be only the best of the best, by reigning in the OBVIOUS outliers you can promote more build variety as a whole
