I’m not good at cooking anything but pizza (and chicken. I make mine from scratch. I also make a tremendous cauliflower crust. Getting everything right on a pizza is difficult but one of your greatest weapons is a broiler. You want the pepperoni to be crispier on contact then smooth on the whole bite.
