If they were to reduce the CD to be, say 6-7 seconds then I think it would be respected.
It’s a good aspect for what it does. It allows a loop of “threadlings make tangles, tangles make threadlings” with a bunch of unravel baked in there.
Is it spicy and new like the titan and hunter one? Not really. But it does its job fairly well. Also allows suspend on a threadings build for warlock which is nice.
Side note. Cadmus Ridge Lance Cap also needs this reduced CD to be 3-4 seconds.

You'd have to change everything relative to the aspect to make the aspect work. It's simply a terrible idea. The cool down is absurd, suspend grenade is better if I need it that bad (and you cannot argue it saves grenade space, because it's not an equal trade), and anyone can come steal the tangles you make. Every time they do you have to wait a quarter minute for another... Lol it's so poorly thought out it's a literal insult. Warlocks are supposed to be the mind and thought skill based class. They need to buss the boots so the boots make three threadlings w tangles, and the aspect should make two tangle per threadlings kill. It should increase tangle blast radius, remove the cool down entirely for tangle production, AND it should lengthen the lifespan of tangles you carry. THATS what the aspect should have been.
