I really don't care if the Iron Banner loot pool and Crucible loot pool are two separate loot pools or the same loot pool.
The point is that Crucible rewards should drop in Crucible and Iron Banner rewards should drop in Iron Banner. So delete the Crucible loot pool from Iron Banner and double the Iron Banner loot drop rate in Iron Banner.
And if that is not possible for whatever reason: have more than one crucible weapon drop in Iron Banner. There is no excuse for Blowout to be the only crucible weapon dropping in Iron Banner.

Double dipping on a special crucible mode is not a bad thing though (especially when the mode is terrible but has nice rewards). If it was Riptide this season, a lot less ppl would complain tbh. Your issue is not the Blowouts, for one, it has descent to good rolls (out of its 144 perk combinations) and secondly even if you don't care it is free legendary shards. Your issue is the horrible drop rate of IB gear that should get improved.

If crucible is crucible is crucible then also have Trials weapons drop in Iron Banner and Iron Banner weapons drop in regular crucible, et cetera. Nope. That wouldn't be fun. So for that reason: REGULAR crucible: drop REGULAR crucible weapons and REGULAR crucible armor only. Iron Banner: drop Iron Banner weapons and Iron Banner armor only. Trials: drop Trials weapons and Trials armor only.

That's why I'm here giving FEEDBACK to Bungie in the FEEDBACK forum. Yet you think I asked forum users how loot pools in Iron Banner work. XD Reading is an art. One day you'll get there.
