Yeah I took a long break, and then recently came back and have been playing pretty regularly again. A lot of people don’t seem to grasp that you can be highly critical of a game but still play it and enjoy it, and in the case of destiny PvP, can do so without financially supporting the company that makes it.

I see. Nothing wrong with that. TWQ is the first dlc I pre ordered in a long time. I knew I’d like it. Almost every other dlc I waited for a huge price drop. Happy I did. Still don’t know about this next dlc. Nothing is grabbing my attention.

For mainly PvE players, it looks like it did offer a lot. I mainly play PvP, and so I just didn’t see much in there for me. I like comp, but dislike elimination and so I don’t care about Trials (which is the only aspect of PvP that’s pay-gated).

I keep saying bungie needs a season or two where they focus mostly on pvp and gambit. More maps, constant balancing, new game modes, map voting, bring back those pinnacle weapons with random rolls, etc. Use CoD idea and let players select their favorite game modes and then matchmaking places you in one of those modes but not before letting you know so that you can setup your load out.
