Bungie is lying to you...
They are telling you they are fixing the game because they are bleeding players. They lied so you will buy Lightfall and then the game will be as bad or worse than ever. If you buy it you support their BS.

Personally, I don't pre-order, and nowadays, I don't even buy dlcs when they come out anymore. Accept that they're no better than a tobacco or booze company and partake or don't. We all know none of this -blam!- is really healthy.

Talking about "strange", anything is outlined in The Art Of Destiny Volume 2 which I had in my hands again a few days ago. Starting with Eris Morn on the first few pages... In that context, I can't say Shadowkeep was on request. I think this is what happens now and I wonder why Bungie did not see this coming. No offense! 1. They aren’t bleeding players. Especially in the parts of the game that make them money (PVE). 2. They are fixing the game, but their development timeline is two seasons. So any changes made now won’t show up in the game until late Season 21, early Season 22. Unless you want the game [i]to really[/i] be a buggy mess. 3. Major changes to how the game operates seldom fall outside of a major expansion. Because they have a much longer timeline to plan for, and quality test, those changes.

It funny how some fans are all excited for the new changes, but are literally oblivious to what's actually going to take place. These changes are not going to happen without with some sort of price to pay, basically leaving the game in same poor state it's in. What's getting changed that no one ask for, and how much. What being nerfed, and how much. How much more wasted grind time is being added on top of how things are now. How much worse is the "RNG" going to be then it is now. How much more unnecessary cost is going to increase to purchase items, material, etc... You players that are ignoring these things that do not benefit, nor improve a players experience playing this game refuse to face the truth. These so-called improvements are not going to improve things knowing things have literally gotten worse every single time this business says "they are improving the game" You take the bait only to end up in the same place just in a different scenario. It has literally been this way for 4 years now.

Actions will speak louder than a flood of warm fuzzy words…and as any reasonable Guardian knows, Rome wasn’t built in a day. So, it’s another roll of the dice… So, being reasonable, I’ll be cautiously optimistic and observant as to what actually happens in the months ahead; and when the writing is on the wall, and hard to miss, I shall act accordingly. Why? Because, like the majority of reasonable Guardians, I want Destiny to fulfil its potential; my issues are with the nonstop Mismanagement by those at BHQ with their grubby little mitts on the driving wheel… I have no issues with the rank and file…who can only operate within company guidelines, as set by Management. So, if there has been a sea-change at the top, the fruits will soon begin to show. If not, then it will be plain to see: fool me once… Ease springs, play fair and play nice! 👈 Cheers! 🫡

Canceled my preorder awhile back. Don’t regret it. Still have fun with friends and clanmates with the content I have but I gonna take a hard pass on lightfall until the price drops or goes on sell. Not paying full price for FOMO and mediocre content.

23 通の返信At this point, it’s all marketing bait. They are selling a new DLC that’s gonna release in about a month from now. They won’t be able to change anything by then. It all sounds like bait. Do you know what bait is used for? A lure for a trap! Hahahahahahaha! They know their own game is trash. That’s why they asked the community to gather up some of their top priorities for changes that the community wants to see in the game. If the game is doing so well, they wouldn’t need to ask the community. They are literally asking the players how to make the game for them. Because they know it’s hollow and broken. Laughable! If anything LightFall will bring a hell of a lot players of temporary so your decision will be ignored because I'm starting to see alot of post and videos saying FPS genre is dead especially on console "guess halo community upsets and players dropping MW2 fast" D2 pvp not that great now but you can bet alot of players will run here when LightFall drops

4 通の返信Instead of wasting time making a post that everyone alright knows about, why not just wait until the expansion is out, give it a week and then check the forums or social platforms for feedback to help make your decision, that's what I'm doing. I've already learnt the hard way.

They are acting like this is another resurgence of the game I think the reality is this game is finally really dying and instead of making real attempts to revive it they’re scrambling around looking for coping mechanisms to deal with losing their money maker.
