Snipers have been the punching bag for flinching and have been toned down a lot. But as long you keep practicing and know your lanes. Also, work on your flicks to the head to gain the headshot. Just keep practicing and you'll become better over time

Also, something a lot of players who snipe will do, including myself. Is if my first shot, I'm already being flinched. I will reset the fight or try to get a quick shot in. But most times, I rest the fight and try again to get the kill first. I'll either run back a bit and regain health, switch weapons and rethink my strategy
