Getting access to content we paid for in D2 would be nice to have. Ever pay for a movie or music online? Maybe one day in 3 years, that company decides that you no longer can access that movie or music, but they don't give a refund or partial refund. Instead of removing paid content from the game, fix it so it plays with the rest of the game, or isolate it / make it modular, so that it's not required to play if it has problems with the core of today's version of the game. How can we get to a "Yes" for removing the road blocks? The easy answer is "No", but this is not the correct answer. If they want more players, the entire story and a proper New Light Experience needs to be implemented.
