Hi all, I have all the same issues (what seemed out of the blue).. and have also tried all of which you have as well. Nothing worked. The one thing that sorta work (or MAY shed some clue) , but isn't a fix, is that I reinstalled the game thru EPIC games, and it works perfectly. Sad thing is I lose all my DLC. Given that.... Maybe it's a steam problem? Clearly this is out of my league for solving....would love to get this all fixed so I can get my old DLC back. Thanks to whomever may be reading this!
