There is nothing else other than what I just said. That's why it's bad. We're not hunters or titans, we can only do those two things.
You literally specified sunbracers as one of the offensive options available to Solar warlocks, hence why I made my comment
I'll be pedantic. Offensive yes. To bosses no. That's the thing really I never expected Solar Warlock to be Offensive. I expected it to be more about buffing and healing.

I personally expected it to maintain at least some of the offensive capability that bottom tree dawn, not just aerial and healing. All dawnblade needs is a new aspect that causes an ignition any time you kill a scorched target and it has back the main thing it lost.

Thing is the only new thing warlocks got was the melee. Nearly everything else is just what we had before but with a new name. There are four exotics for Arc warlocks: Crown of tempests, Getaway artist, Stormdancer's Brace and Geomag Stabilizers. Depending on what Bungie has changed about Chaos reach it may be dead on arrival. ( Bungie had nerfed 3.0 abilities prior to the subclasses launch. There is not Guarantee that a super as strong as that hasn't been altered in any way, the same is said for the others) I can see a nerf for Stormdancer's brace given that it refunds super energy and increases super damage per kill. In 3.0 it will be fairly oppressive in the right hands. Getaway artist will possibly have some changes given that we have arc soul as a fragment now. Crown of tempests if what we've all read on the announcement page is true will probably end up causing a stir in PvP. I spend most of my time in endgame and not things like strikes or patrols unless i'm raising my light in the early stages of the season if it doesn't work in endgame well then I throw it in to the trash and stick with what does work I know many who play are the same. If Bungie haven't got something up their sleeve with the boring 30 second Patrol arena's/lost sectors (that some players are tired of running to get new exotics) then Arc may end up with little use outside of season 18, Hopefully though Bungie give all 3.0's a look over with a fine tooth comb and iron out any remaining issues and then work them out on their way through to Lightfall.
