1) no. Year 1 Content that includes RW/Warmind/Forsaken/BA/JW/OP...are all in the DCV- Destiny Content Vault.
2) Bungie doesn't owe anything/any (Restitution😂) as Destiny 1&2 IP is owned by Bungie. In their TOS they clearly State that they hold the Right to Remove or Add anything for the Health of the Game. When you click "Agreed", you agreed. Next time Read the TOS of a Game.
3) if you want a Refund, you have to go through the Platform you purchased it on. Bungie won't give out refunds as you didn't purchase it Directly from them.

Specific content was advertised, which is why I bought the game, but when I played it that content wasn't even included in the experience. It's literally false advertising, and I do consider it theft of sorts. From where I sit, restitution is appropriate. This borders on illegal activity from a company to its consumer. That is, if there truly is no way for me to access the content I paid for that they claimed was part of the experience.

By you clicking "Agree" that is considered in Law, a Signature. As you can't play, unless you click Agree. It's a Legal Contract. TOS is Shown after the Release of that Years, Yearly Exspansion and Past Content. And it's not theft, if you don't Own the Game/Product. Bungie Owns all IP's of D1&D2. They Own the Game. When you purchase a DLC/Exspansion Digitally or Physically, it's a License. You Own a License to Access the Game. Now, if you can State which DLC/Exspansion you bought and When, I can help you identify Exactly what you bought, as you may have miss Read what was being offered.

I purchase games the same way I purchase books or movies. When I buy a Blu-Ray, it's so I can watch it at a later date. I don't assume I need to *immediately* watch the movie because there's a chance the film studio might [i]remove the movie from the disc and replace it with something else.[/I] Again, I've been buying games for 20 years. I've never had something like this happen. Like the books I have on my shelf waiting to read, I assume that the games I have on my shelf waiting to play will remain what is advertised on the box. In the next year or two, I hope to play my unopened copies of [I]Mass Effect: Legendary Edition[/I], [I]CyberPunk 2077[/I], and [I]Detroit: Become Human[/I]. I don't really think I have to worry about those experiences disappearing off the discs. I'm going to play those when I have the time in my life, as is my right as a consumer. This Destiny 2 situation genuinely makes me uncomfortable, it's like Bungie wants their employees' work (game developers sacrifice time with their family to develop a game) to disappear into an Orwellian memory hole. I bought it off of Amazon in August 2018. In the fine print on the back, it says: [quote]CONTENTS: 1 Video Game Disc. 1 Expansions I & II, and Forsaken download code.[/quote] That's what I thought I purchased. That's not what I got when I put the disc in.

How do I access it?.[/quote] its a thing where they store the stuff that isnt in the game anymore (whether they come back is unknown, mars kinda returned but also not) which started last year at the release of beyond light. any soon to be vaulted dlc [b]campaigns[/b] (not sure for curse of osiris and warmind because i wasnt around for that but i was there for forsaken) will open to non dlc owners in the last few months before it goes as vault suggests theres no accessing it
