It’s actually made to make you go faster, simply put. Cheetahs run fast, but they can’t jump all that high.

Why. Than it only buffs sprint, which the other class movement exotics also do. But they have special abilities like reloading your guns and chain lighting. Not to mention they don't have the -50 the AE. Stompees are purely movement exotics, with nothing else. Taking half off that away while still keeping the AE nerf and not having any special feature, what would the point of it be?
