That’s your problem right there. You are on a wireless connection. When you test your connection you get good results, but wireless tends to suffer from a lot of interference which makes the connection unstable.
Recommend you only play while hardwired.

Is there anyway you can run a diagnostic that dhows what the connection is over time? Usually that’s a function you can run if you have admin access to your modem. The problem with running a quick speed test is that it inly shows the “current status” and statistics of the connection. It does not show how the connection fluctuates overtime (stability) which could be your problem.
