Stompees are literally one of the best exotics for pve bud, I have no idea what you're talking about

It's a MAJOR problem in PvP. Multiple players have posted analysed and made videos breaking down why it's a problem - only the latest example is e.g. Coolguys Not the sprint speed but the height. Especially for last gen consoles with very small FOVs and due to have no vertical sensitivity options.

That's a global sensitivity setting. Compare other games such as Halo⁸. You can not only commonly set vertical sensitivity but also different scaling for various ADS zoom levels. FoV and sensitivity levels are always difficult to manage and Stompees bin PvP just messes that up further.
