The Seventh Seraph Officer Revolver is a precision frame(180) Handcannon, of the four 180’s it has the lowest base range, stability, handling, and aim assist while also tying for smallest base magazine size. That said the only real positives about it are that it’s kinetic 180 and it’s perk pool as it can roll with things like timed payload or osmosis.
