I would normally agree if this were a different game, however this is destiny. Depending on what It is I can see this point but it comes down to aim assist really, the pvp experience is different on pc of course but on console arbalest, HCs, and other precision based weapons dominate due to how aggressive AA is. What skill is there when the game hands you the headshot or what skill is there when you just shotgun close range? The truth is there is no skill behind it, I'll be the first to admit I do use this things in trials or competitive modes because I am playing to win. But I'll never claim I'm good because of them. If you run around with 120 HCs, Arbalest, Shotguns, and Jotunn... You're not good, you're just playing the game on easy and that's that. I understand when others use these weapons because they wanna win too, but to claim strength from it is arrogance.

Any person who watches destiny streamers/yt’s and tries to understand a little knows that movement is the difference between a good player and a bad. Gun skill is definitely a big part but if you take two people who barely miss the one with good movement wins. Watch cammycakes in his old y2 videos using random crap from collections and you’ll see what i mean. Any person can use a meta loadout or non meta and be good, but movement is king.

Your Titan is evidence enough, Stasis, True Prophecy, the classic mindless Felwinters, and three peeking with a range based sword. If that is what you call the epitome of your skill, I'd be ashamed. Just say you're as lame as the rest of us and move on because using half baked concepts and presenting them as skill is the opposite of it.

Using meta doesn’t make you bad, I could be successful with any loadout, and I do, but the weapons you use are not a reflection of your skill because everything is easy to use. The only skill gap in destiny is awareness, movement, and positioning and as such, your loadout is not a reflection of skill

If your load out cannot be representative of your skill then why play, do you find it more skillful to freeze an opponent than to shoot them, do you find jumping around the enemy more skillful than the accuracy of your shots. Your logic is flawed and you're clearly just annoyed with being called bad as per the post.

And such is the same for just about every other game when you get to a certain point it sure doesn't feel like you're trying because you've learned the weapons. This season is the easiest its been with console recoil nerfs making everything really easy at the moment.

If you misinterpreted i meant cheating alright its not what I said at all. But yeah doing what you need to is the lifestyle of trials, glitching is a part of it, metas are really involved, and the ever so controversial three peeking.
