Yes, obviously that worked before stasis, but it doesn't anymore. I also never go anywhere alone in the crucible, though I usually end up alone very quickly and get frozen and/or 2-3 tapped with a handcannon and killed as I attempt to retreat back towards my team. Everyone around me nowadays gets frozen and slaughtered with stasis and shotguns.. nobody lives long enough for me to support them, I try to play the long game and outrange the enemy in support of my team, but there is no range on these maps and scout rifles are too underpowered to kill a titan that can just 2-3 tap you at the same distance the mida is a 5-tapper for most titans.. that's insane, illogical and ridiculous. I also get frozen around corners after trying to dive for cover... In the passed few games on both teams people typically are going 1.5.. 1.0- efficiency across the board. Usually the top 2 players get around 5.0, but now they get 2.0 if they're really lucky.. which is awful. Nobody is having fun, everything sucks because everyone is try-harding with the most ridiculous un-counterable metas. The crucible is not so much like being in a gunfight anymore, and more like being in a blender full of broken glass and you just hope for the best. Everybody loses. Everyone is using these garbage tactics and everyone suffers for it. My K/D was 3.0+ in 2018, now its in the dumpster as I try to find new ways to survive in this new crucible.. so far distance and scout rifles has been my best bet, but it's still nowhere near what it used to be. I've gone 25/0 before and was consistently getting 12.0+ before stasis and this handcannon buff.. now everything is absolutely topsy turvy.
