Dear Bungie, have you ever considered dedicating a moment of your time to balancing your game? These handcannons are 2 and 3 (sometimes 1) tapping people from across the map, scout/auto/pulse rifles can't compete whatsoever at [u]any[/u] range which includes long range!
Wow.. I'm just.. the incompetence.. like.. I'm just stunned... This isn't your first game, right? You made a long list of Halo games and 2 Destiny games, and yet it feels like I'm playing a random indie game that's still in it's alpha stage.
Seriously, what's going on? What is up? Stasis, shotguns and handcannons are absolutely absurdly out of hand and you guys just don't give a ****. Can someone tell me what's going on so I can at least know why I'm about to quit what used to be one of the best games ever made? Is bungie working on other projects and about to abandon the destinies? Because this is the type of stuff that happens in a game when it's about to die in 1-2 years. I would hate to have spent all this money on cosmetics for nothing.
1. The first rule of the forums: Never, and I mean NEVER post after losing a crucible match.
2. I don’t know if it is actually possible to 1 tap someone with a hand cannon besides Ariana’s with a damage buff
3. I don’t think hand cannons are that big of an issue. All of them with no damage buffs still take 3 shots to kill. Yes, they have a lot of range, but if you are that far away, you can easily get behind cover or move to dodge the bullets
I agree,HCs have way too much range and not enough damage fall off
They are designed for high impact at short ranges,they shouldn’t be competing with pulses and scouts
