We know it's possible for them to balanced things seperately as hard light hits less for ricochets in PVP then it does in PVE, shadebinder also does not hit unfrozen enemies in PVP and it does in PVE, would be nice if they would just commit and make all the changes they could gamemode specific

All damage is separate between the sandboxes.
