Personally speaking I do not feel there is an issue wi Heavy.... sometimes a block drops for me, other times it doesnt That is not too say, that it isnt an issue for others or that there is not an issue at all - just from my view, it seems fine.

Honestly, I havent seen that - this season I think I have only been killed once with Zeno and once with Truth. Like I said, for me its not an issue but it seems it is for you, and probably others too. I doubt though Bungie will do anything as this wqs mentioned last few season and in truth - Bungie gave up on Gambit after its first season.
