I’m sure that it can be debated. By declaring that there is no debate suggests you can’t back your own.
I was willing to hear your argument out and consider it. But seeing as you don’t have one there is nothing to consider.

I don't understand this part. Are you telling them to shut up because they are a girl? Or are they a girl because they have a different opinion than yours? And how is them being a girl a negative thing?
