Being frozen should be super only.

Even against other supers it's such a pain in the ass. Try fighting a behemoth with striker and get CLAPPED because they only need to freeze you and hit you once. I don't know how they are going to balance it against supers, but it sucks trying to fight a stasis super without a stasis super.
