That’s not a sequel though. You get whole new game and leave everything behind. Also if you can just transfer everything, why make a sequel instead of keeping this one going.

New game engine, better graphics, dedicated servers that let you pick and choose matches, anti cheat systems and update to perma ban cheaters and exploiters, stop carry services.

Its not a dream, its what Bungie didn't do, and the post is about what could have been done better, yet Bungie did not. So that is why the game is where it is, Don't you worry, more sunsetting is coming in the following seasons including those exotics, especially those DPS raid loadout ones, thats the Bungie you know and love, doing the classic nerf/sunset/vault.
