But its gonna be the same difference, were gonna have to use the same weapons anyway because of the power level, and the artifact weapon mods ontop of that, and people already dont like the artifact, so now their doubling down on that and telling us exactly what weapon to use. The only way i see to make people use different weapons is adjust archtypes we already saw a result of this with the autorifle change, how many people were using autorifles before? And than they update the archetype, BOOM all new meta and absolutely no sunsetting needed. Allot of the people in these forums will say one of the main reasons for sunsetting is laziness and i dont think their wrong. Or bungie's just putting their resources in stupid stuff like these events. In my opinion i rather have quality of life updates to make the game feel better than solstice of hero's.
