Your second quote is the main point. Not to mention 10 mobility on hunter is unmatched with 10 mobility on titan/warlock. Bungie gifts hunters. Titan/warlocks feel sluggish still. End of story.

Meanwhile Titans can still move faster than hunters, and honestly, my 3 mobility Titan easily keeps up with my 7 mobility Hunter in terms of horizontal speed, just not verticality. And invis is godawful beyond the hiding from radar or maybe longer range stuff where aim assist isn't a factor. Plus, I wouldn't call a class that has been nerfed more than both Titan and Warlock combined "FaVoReD bY bUnGiE!"
