So if a hotspot isn't reproducing the error, it's something in the home connection that's causing the MOOSE errors.
If you haven't already, you may need to try switching to different DNS settings on your router. [url=https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using]Here is a guide from Google on how to do so.[/url] This can help alleviate weird connection issues that are hard to explicitly diagnose.
You can also do a quick IP refresh by putting these commands into a computer, or by unplugging your router overnight:
