Based on the current state of Destiny 2, especially after this week's update/announcment (nerf, nerf, nerf), Bungie intentionally ignoring the playerbase and implementing almost none of the changes players are asking for everyday - will you or won't you be buying Destiny 3?

Nah. The only way that I'll buy D3, is... Oh Hell, who am I kidding?! I'll be buying it, because I'm a Gamer and that's what I do, is Play Video Games!!! Nurf, Buff, Nurf, Buff,... Blah, Blah, Blah... If you ever do find that One 'Perfect FPS', please let me know. So I can buy that one too! There's nothing Perfect in this reality. Everybody and Everything has a flaw or two. Wasting time complaining about this and that, only takes away from time you could've spent on Gaming. I'm Done preaching. I know, some of you are glad. But, that's ok too! Chillax and Grab a Controller!!! 👊👊👊💖💖💖

Bungie‘s new motto: -blam!- you. Get gud. I really like that they are going Dark souls on us. I like that attitude. Really. I can’t understand why everybody is whining. To me, i feel like, i wanna have a game mode like this: -PvP primaries only -gear lockdown -full super at beginning of the match -no super recharge (1 super per match) And this type of pve content: -Special armor and weapons for soloing stuff. -gear you can only aquire while finishing a mission with people who have all soloed a sertan mission. I really like that they are going Dark souls on us. Bravo bungie. Sorry for my bad English. Ps. Make soloing stuff a thing.

Guardian6969により編集済み: 5/22/2019 7:08:31 AMAs of now I’m undecided. If they keep nerfing more things, then I’ll pass. There’s no way I’m gonna invest 1500+ hours on D3 to get my gear nerfed 👎🏻

I have a suspicion that D3 will be a repeat of D2 at launch. If I do get it it won't be until its been out for awhile. I had a bad feeling about Anthem before it came out and am glad I didn't buy that shit show and I'm having that same feeling about D3. This game used to be fun but that fun has been waining for awhile now.

Please move this out of feedback and into regular community forum. Feedback should only be for offering constructive criticism and ideas for Bungie to help improve the game (Complaints about "nerfs" doesnt help the forum moderators at the studio pass on the good ideas to devs)
intentionally ignoring the playerbase and implementing almost none of the changes players are asking for everyday
They've always done this because the playerbase isn't some collective that everyone loves to conveniently tout them as. As for D3 and whether I purchase it, given that I stopped at forsaken no. They've not actually focused on what makes destiny interesting for 4 years, and the things they do focus on don't actually get better. They also worry about what the active minority of the playerbase wants which just makes the game more and more terrible. The franchise is dead. Bungie can't get the design down, and the active players don't play games to know a thing about what makes them good and give good feedback. Hence simply saying don't nerf things in response.

I will consider buying d3 only if it has dedicated servers for pvp, at minimum 1080p 60fps on console, and the ability to individually nerf /buff guns separate pve/pvp. these things will maybe make me look at it, but it's going to have to beat out borderlands 3. which I don't see happening.

Don't want to hear anything about it from Bungie. If they can't even put D2 in a great spot that is 10x better than Year 3 D1, what makes me think that Bungie can deliver the Destiny game that we al wanted? Also, slapping a new number on Destiny doesn't make it better than the last.

Unless there's a change in direction I'll be giving D3 a miss. It's the 'attitude' that gets me more than the changes. They say "we're listening" when they clearly are not. They say 'let's have a conversation' when they actually mean sit down, shut up and listen. They absolutely do not value the time that people play the game. I'll honestly be surpised if a major reboot of D3 wasn't a major contributing factor in Activision agreeing to let them go. The way D2 is going, I hope that the D3 teams are not communicating with the D2 live team. That might actually be a good thing this time around.

Hell no shitting in my hands and clapping seems like a more enjoyable proposition.

It’s a little too early to judge D3, considering it’s still in development. Even with the leaks we got a while back, there’s not enough information to go off of for me to make a decision right now.

IDK. Part of me is exhausted with the franchise. Part of me just wants to say I tried to stick with it the whole ride. I’m cynical in regards to D3 at best.
