I mean if you lagged out too many times and you are restricted, that's pretty self explanatory. You are restricted for a set amount of time, because you were lagging out too much. Fix your connection so you stop ruining the experience for other players.

It wouldn't be the games fault, it would be yours. Is this your first restriction? Is it only gambit that you cannot access. If it's your first restriction ever, I think it is for thirty minutes. If you have had multiple restrictions, you are at risk of getting an actual ban. I'm not very tech savvy, but there are other players here and Moderators who could better explain some ways to fix your connection.

Ya it my only one I know so far. So only 30 Mine u think right. I am gonna go hope ur right I will fix my internet and I hope no one bans me any more I liked destiny it’s a great game and I like meeting people and playing with people and makings friends on destiny in life too
