A first time restriction lasts for two weeks. Improve your connection in the meantime, otherwise your next restriction will be for two months. Continue to play with a poor connection after that, and you may be subject to a permanent account ban.

I mean if you lagged out too many times and you are restricted, that's pretty self explanatory. You are restricted for a set amount of time, because you were lagging out too much. Fix your connection so you stop ruining the experience for other players.

If you lagged out you probably have a temp ban. Get better internet because if it keeps happening eventually it will be permanent.
