Whisper doesn't need that many rounds when it has infinite ammo potential, one the highest DPS numbers in the game, and is still considered an absolute powerhouse of gun. Makes it so missing shots is actually consequence unnecessary, but irrelevant as long as you have the skill. Sleeper nerf is unnecessary. And actually impactful, one I disagree with. Machine guns are unnecessary, but understandable. They have tons of ammo. Rockets are the same, cluster bombs are relied on far too much anyway. Titan one is ridiculously overpowered, but I would prefer if that stayed. Fun. We going to just ignore the buffs then?
