too bad fallout 4 is the worst in the series and the witcher isn't fun to play

Again that is your opinion. Someone could very well say that Overwatch has no content at all because they find the existing game modes to be dull and unentertaining. That would not be the case however, because Overwatch does have 12 maps and 4 game modes, however boring that one person may find it to be.
