I'd say you're the simple one here since your small mind can't grasp that different talents in Destiny work in varying degrees. You must still be in shock that Cauterize and Hungering Blade work differently, right? They both clearly state they heal, yet activate under different conditions, so I can at least try to sympathize with you and your stupidity - I mean, I did use the word [i]aggressively[/i] so obviously they must be identical in your mind.
