It's not a change to first of havoc. It's a perk in the melee skill no one uses

Fist of havocs radius will continue to be a column. they are making the shape of discharge spherical. and fist of havoc should be BIGGER than novabomb, because novabomb has range.

To be fair, FoH could kill things so far above you that it balanced out otherwise. I got killed in Momento while jumping from the large opening from the building that has the staircase in it to the small building that heavy ammo spawns on because a striker slammed the ground directly below me, killing two teammates who were going for that incoming heavy drop and I just randomly got caught in the blast. It was ridiculous.
