Not receiving VIP rewards… I believe there may have been an issue when I purchased and played the expansion pack some time back in May on my Xbox 360, when the dark below and house of wolves dropped, I was having download issues and the same day switched my credit card to purchase it and attempt to fix the problem and in the process had to contact a manager from microsoft to remove the card I used to purchase it and add a new one (because it was an older card), and think it may not have registered me having played or owned it beforehand in the transfer to my Xbox One, and may not display itself on receipt because of the uninstallation and reinstallation process. It wasn't until today (Sep. 17) that I purchased the Destiny: digital collectors edtion for my Xbox One that I noticed there was no quest or mission in game to receive these awards, so I went on to Bungie.net to search or a fix and tried trouble shooting all methods, but with no success I went to the forums I saw there were some (if not many) people with my same issue. I understand the Requirements to qualify for VIP rewards, and honestly have failed to achieve level 30 before Aug. 31, but in my case i've succeeded in purchasing House of Wolves and the Dark Below before that date... So far I have had no other issues with The Taken King, or any other Destiny content other than this one, I trust you and look forward to seeing that it's resolved. I have been an avid supporter of Bungie since the beginning and have even participated in the Destiny beta, and trust in your power of resolve our problems, one by one.
