Hello Deadlock XXIII,
We are aware of an issue that is preventing some players who qualified for the VIP Rewards from access the "Veteran's Tour" Quest and some or all of the items. We are actively investigating the issue and will provide an update when we can. Thank you for your patience.

Thank you very much for replying so soon. I look forward to you guys finding a solution for my (our) problems, and to receive my VIP rewards as soon as possible. I will try to stay updated as much as possible, if you could inform me details of my specific solution such as giving it to me through code or installing it in to my game, let me know so I know it was Bungie, but in till then, good luck and thank you.
