If it was just a few people or a few episodes I'd say nothing, but every single week almost many people I know as well as myself have to deal with lag and frequent disconnects.
Just tonight half my fire team disconnected from a raid because of Bungie issues. This is not an uncommon occurrence.

That's weird, I rarely have issues. I'd ask if it was your internet but if that many are having problems then it can't be that. Like I said it's one area I actually don't have problems with this game. I'm also not getting it though as I'm one of the UK people who is forced to pay 60 dollars instead of 40 like America, so I'm with you on not buying TTK.

It makes most pvp matches apt unbearable, and disconnects during raids are pathetic. Btw, I have a 100+maps connection and am hardwired to my modem... It's pathetic that I have to deal with the amount of lag that I do while playing.
