You can’t read the user agreement until you fork over money. It’s called being deceptive for personal gain.

Unless you're a law professional, you wouldn't know that and no one should listen to your advice. Even if true, its just as beneficial to bring attention to shady business practices by waging lawsuits as it is to actually win them. Bad PR for trash corporations is good for consumers. Look at Apple and Epic. I dont care for Epic and I hate Fortnite but even if they don't win and they probably won't, Apple will forever be seen as the villains as they should be.

Literally NOONE has to be a “law professional” You have zero arguments in court.

My wife's a contract vendor (attorney) for a tech company. Together, we own 6 rental properties. Contracts mean diddly poo and only serve as preliminary safegaurds for companies or in my wife and I's case, property owners. There is a scum bag who's been living rent free in one of my units for the last 7 months (before covid) and my rental agreement didn't do a dam thing to have him removed. My wife's company pays out settlements almost on a weekly basis for lawsuits they don't want to try in court because moral and ethical questions from potential jurors. In the case of this slimy EULA, I can simply say that my son's legal representation was not present at the time the contract was agreed upon and because he is a minor, not of legal age, the contract should be voided. Look how easy that was. I'm sure there are many more holes to blow through if I wanted to dedicate time to it and I know there are because they've been used against me. The EULA is slimy AND it only means what a law professional chooses to interpret it as.

The game means less and less to me as time goes by and so that type of effort is no longer justified. I don't care enough to take legal action.
