Exotic: Cloak of Oblivion
Has anyone managed to level up Dead Orbit to the point that they can purchase this exotic cloak? What level did you have to get to? Anyone who's high in Dead Orbit's input is welcomed.

Good Cloak, it's a bit short though. love the spawn in effect. you don't purchase it, once you reach rank 25 you get a medium-difficulty quest and completing it rewards you with a 290 faction exotic class item

Got it but not really impressed with it. Think a long cloak would've been better. Much prefer fwc cloak. If only it were black.

You dont buy it, you get a series of missions at level 25

I have the Cape. It's dope. You have to be rank 25 then you get a quest you need a Dead orbit shader, emblem, and class item, then you do 10 weekly heroics, and win 10 crucible matches, you also have to kill a # of enemies in both playlists.

(Also bonus I got the hanged man shader) I did the first two steps last night. -Kill Minions of the darkness -10 Heroic/Nightfall Strikes Today, I just need the last two steps. -100 Crucible kills -Win 10 Crucible matches A little disappointed it will be 290 but, I have the 310 Raid Class item and which will be used to infuse it. (just saw the date after typing this out but I will leave this up)

I have the "Light Beyond" exotic Dead Orbit bond. It actually gives you an altered respawn animation. It sounds different and black particles come out.

2 RepliesI got mine. Level 25 dead orbit starts the quest. You'll need to wear faction cloak, shader and emblem. While wearing them, you need to do 10 heroic strikes, win 10 crucible matches and also kill pve and pvp enemies. Not hard, just make sure you have the new faction cloak so it doesn't drop your light level too much.

You have to be tank 25!!! I'm at 60 I think do got the cloak first thing... I guess mores are the best way to rank up as it's much harder now then it used to be... It's a cool gimmick though...
