I own everything in regards to destiny and now it's saying I can't launch shattered throne or pit of heresy because It requires the related packs. I really hope there will be a fix.

First thing to do would be to try restoring licenses: https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049196071-Accessing-and-Restoring-Licenses-to-Destiny-Content If that doesn't work then you'll want to contact the platform support team on the platform you're attempting to access the content on. Just in case you've recently switched platforms - expansions don't cross over via cross-save.
